The Company is seeking a Global Real Estate Finance Data Analytics Lead with a strong background in data analytics, business intelligence, and a passion for driving data-driven solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the end-to-end analytics agenda, including monthly reporting, executive insights, and platform modernization. This role requires a strategic thinker who can define and maintain trusted metric definitions, business drivers, and reporting logic to ensure transparency and auditability. The Lead will also be at the forefront of the Space Management modernization workstream, improving data sourcing, standardizing data models, and automating processes to enhance control outcomes. Applicants must have a minimum of 9 years' of relevant experience, with a proven track record in delivering data-driven solutions and reporting. Proficiency in SQL, at least one programming language (Python or R), and experience with Databricks and AI tools is essential. The role demands strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in building dashboards and visualizations, as well as the ability to implement data models and algorithms for predictive and prescriptive analytics. Strong communication skills are a must, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-ready insights.
