Vice President, India Client & Product Reporting Platform Greater Bengaluru, India Area

The Company is in search of a Vice President for India Client and Product Reporting. The successful candidate will be a hands-on technology leader with a strong background in application architecture, data integration, and platform development. This role requires a proven track record in leading high-performing engineering teams, particularly in the delivery of enterprise reporting or data platforms. The VP will be responsible for leading the India Client and Product Reporting development team, aligning with global platform strategy, and providing technical leadership across the full reporting lifecycle. Collaboration with various teams to ensure high-quality platform capabilities and driving strong engineering practices is essential. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline and at least 10 years of experience in enterprise software engineering. Strong hands-on experience with enterprise Java application development, REST APIs, SQL, and data integration is required. Experience with reporting platforms, particularly in a financial services or data-intensive client-facing environment, is highly preferred. The role demands a leader who can drive the adoption of AI engineering tools, ensure solutions are designed for scalability and security, and support the modernization of reporting capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, and experience with cloud-native initiatives, CI/CD, and DevOps practices. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills are also a must.
