Vice President, Integrated IT Audit Greater Bengaluru, India Area

The Company is seeking an Integrated IT Audit, Vice President to lead the execution of the strategy for corporate audit's coverage of business and technology risks. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing independent, objective assurance regarding the design and operating effectiveness of the system of internal controls to mitigate both business and IT-related risks. This role requires a collaborative approach, with a focus on maintaining effective partnerships with key senior leaders in the business and IT organization. The Vice President will also support the annual audit planning, development, risk assessment, and execution of audits related to IT processes and risks. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in public accounting, IT audit, consulting, or technical application background, ideally in the financial services industry. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with an advanced degree being preferred. The role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complexity in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, including expertise in IT general controls, automated business process controls, data confidentiality and integrity, identity and access management, and technical resiliency and business continuity management. Industry-recognized certifications such as CIA, CISA, CISSP, CISM, and Cloud+ are also required, along with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
