Vice President of Finance Greater Bengaluru, India Area

The Company is seeking a VP - Finance to take on a pivotal role in owning and leading the company's finance engine. This includes responsibilities for FP&A, accounting and controllership, and financial operations. The successful candidate will be tasked with running the full spectrum of financial activities, from planning and forecasting to ensuring compliance and building the necessary systems and team to support the business's growth. The role demands a hands-on leadership approach, with a focus on building the financial models that inform strategic decisions, and maintaining the operating discipline essential for a profitable, fast-scaling fintech. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years' experience in finance, with a strong background in both FP&A and controllership, and a proven track record in a high-growth technology or fintech environment. A Chartered Accountant is preferred, with an MBA in Finance or CPA also considered. The role requires a candidate with a deep understanding of financial standards and structure, particularly Ind AS and U.S. GAAP, and experience in supporting a cross-border entity structure. The VP - Finance will be responsible for a wide range of activities, including but not limited to, building financial controls, working on revenue models, and leading a team across FP&A, accounting, and financial operations. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to the Board and CXOs, with a commercial instinct and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven, and high-ownership culture.
