Vice President, Operations & Finance Greater Birmingham, AL Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations & Finance to lead regional financial performance, operational execution, governance, and strategic alignment across the U.S. and Canada. The role carries full regional profit-and-loss accountability and oversees operating income, margins, working capital, pricing, revenue growth, financial reporting, and cash flow. Responsibilities include strengthening compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness; improving operational efficiency and scalability; and leading regional management teams. The Vice President will also partner with commercial leaders, maintain relationships with customers and other stakeholders, and foster talent development and a high-performance culture. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree; an advanced degree is preferred. At least 12 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, accounting, finance, or general management is required, along with experience working with geographically distributed teams. Applicants should bring expertise in financial management, pricing, margin optimization, and working capital, as well as an understanding of governance, regulatory compliance, internal controls, and enterprise risk. Strong commercial and operational judgment, executive presence, business and technology acumen, and a continuous improvement mindset are also important.
