Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead operational performance across a complex, multi-site service organization. The role will translate strategy into delivery, improve contractual outcomes and financial performance, and guide the transition to an integrated regional operating model. Key responsibilities include leading transformation and digital adoption, developing sustainable growth and new services, and ensuring quality, compliance, and safeguarding standards. The COO will also build high-performing leadership teams, strengthen relationships with commissioners and partners, and provide the Board with assurance on performance, risk, and governance. Candidates should bring proven senior operational leadership experience in a complex service organization, with a strong record of improving performance, profitability, and outcomes across multi-site or multi-regional operations. Strong financial and commercial acumen and experience leading large-scale change are essential. The role also calls for sound judgment and the ability to influence at executive and Board level, alongside a collaborative, inclusive, and resilient leadership style.
