Head of Management Accounting

The Company is in search of a Head of Management Accounting to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing the management accounts team, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of monthly management accounts. This role involves overseeing financial reporting and performance analysis across multiple sites, partnering with senior stakeholders to provide strategic insights, and managing the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. The Head of Management Accounts will also be tasked with driving consistency and best practices, enhancing management reporting, and supporting the Finance Director in key business objectives and strategic initiatives. Applicants for the Head of Management Accounting position at the company should be ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified, with a proven track record in leading a management accounts function within a multi-site organization. Strong people management and team development experience are essential, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment. The role requires the candidate to build strong relationships with operational leaders, ensure financial objectives are aligned with business goals, and lead a culture of continuous improvement within the finance function.
