Associate Vice President, Alpha Product, Interoperability Manager

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President - Alpha Product, Interoperability Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Aladdin Provider operating model, with a focus on governance oversight, control execution, relationship management, and service delivery alignment. This role is pivotal in ensuring the interoperability of various investment operations functions, including middle and back office operations, and is central to the provider operating model. The role involves acting as the primary relationship lead for Aladdin Provider, managing day-to-day engagement, and issue escalation, and driving compliance for audit readiness. The candidate will also be expected to lead governance forums, incident reviews, and service reviews, and coordinate escalation management across global teams. Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5-8 years' of experience in fund accounting, custody operations, investment operations, or capital markets operations. A strong understanding of back and middle office operations, as well as experience with the Aladdin operating model or a comparable front-to-back investment platform, is preferred. The role requires a candidate with a strong governance, control, and operational risk mindset, and the ability to manage client and stakeholder relationships across various audiences. Analytical problem-solving skills, a focus on data integrity, and a continuous improvement mindset are also essential. The candidate should be able to work effectively across global teams and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
