Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a hands-on Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy for a growing, multi-unit hospitality operation. Responsibilities include overseeing budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow, and financial planning; analyzing costs and performance to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability; and building effective financial and operational systems, processes, and controls. The CFO will partner with operational leaders to strengthen labor and food cost management, coordinate accounting and tax activities, evaluate investments, and develop meaningful performance metrics. The role also serves as a strategic partner to executive leadership and supports the organization’s continued growth.
