Chief of Staff

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to be the right hand of the founders and take on a wide range of responsibilities to ensure the company's success. This role is highly dynamic and requires a real entrepreneurial spirit, with a focus on sales support, fundraising, operations, and strategic projects. The successful candidate will have full ownership of their work and be expected to make a maximum impact. Key tasks include running sales support activities such as creating decks, prospect research, and key account management, as well as supporting finance with data room setup, fundraising, and financial modeling. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in product development, operations, and strategy, including market research, competitive intelligence, and partnerships. The ideal candidate for the Chief of Staff position at the company is sharp, autonomous, and fast, with a proven track record of problem-solving and a strong comfort level with numbers and data. They should be AI-native, with experience in using LLMs, and be a confident communicator with founders, customers, and investors. Fluency in English is required, with German or Spanish being a plus. A background in startup, VC, PE, consulting, or banking, and exposure to manufacturing or B2B SaaS, is also a bonus.
