Head of Human Resources

The Company is seeking a Head of Human Resources to lead the people function and serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership. The role oversees the employee lifecycle and develops the programs, processes, and infrastructure needed to support organizational growth. Responsibilities include leading full-cycle recruitment across a range of roles, translating business needs into workforce plans, and managing HR operations across multiple states and legal entities. The Head of HR will also oversee equity compensation programs and advance employee engagement, communication, and organizational culture. Candidates should have at least 10 years of progressive HR experience spanning multiple functions, with experience in biotechnology and/or venture capital. A working knowledge of drug development and the research and development talent landscape is required. Applicants should bring strong expertise in compensation, benefits, private-company equity administration, employee relations, talent acquisition, and multi-state employment compliance. Excellent project management, organizational, analytical, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
