Managing Director, Global Delivery Data Operations

The Company is seeking a Managing Director to lead the design, commercialization, implementation, and operational management of enterprise data services. The role will set strategy, turn client needs into scalable service offerings, develop business cases and performance measures, and guide solutions from pilot through adoption and ongoing delivery. Responsibilities include overseeing client onboarding and executive engagements, ensuring reliable service performance and strong controls, and modernizing operations through automation, reusable data products, and platform adoption. The Managing Director will also lead a global team and own workforce planning, budgets, investment priorities, and financial performance. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in finance, management information systems, information technology, or a related field, and at least 15 years of experience in data management, operations, or product management. They should bring experience owning production data services, scaling commercial data or managed-service offerings, leading complex client engagements, and taking solutions from pilot to operational scale. Strong knowledge of data governance, quality, lineage, APIs, cloud-based delivery, and financial-services operations is important, along with experience leading global teams and complex transformations. Success requires sound commercial judgment, operational leadership, and the ability to balance client needs, scalability, risk, and financial outcomes.
