Vice President, AI Strategy & Transformation

The Company is seeking a leader to drive AI adoption across its investment team, with success measured by active use in live deal work. Responsibilities include building relationships with investment professionals, providing hands-on support through office hours and working sessions, and developing AI champions across sector teams. The role will redesign high-volume workflows around AI, guide decisions about what tools and capabilities to build, and manage an AI and automation engineer. It will also involve creating and delivering training, communicating AI policies, and monitoring tool usage. Candidates should have 3–6 years of deal or consulting experience in private equity, private credit, investment banking, or strategy consulting. A strong interest in AI, demonstrated through building AI or automation solutions, is required, along with credibility with investment professionals and product and project management skills. Sound judgment in a regulated environment is essential. Familiarity with AI assistants, workflow automation platforms, CRM tools, and deal-workflow systems is preferred.
