The Company is seeking a VP, Fixed Income Cash Investment Management Product Engineering & Innovation Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the strategy, engineering, modernization, and delivery of technology that supports global fixed income cash investment management. This includes partnering with various teams to build resilient and scalable platforms for liquidity management, portfolio construction, trade workflows, and reporting. The role requires a combination of fixed income/cash investment domain knowledge and strong product engineering leadership to simplify the application landscape, improve real-time cash visibility, and automate manual workflows. Key responsibilities for this role include owning the technical direction for fixed income cash investment management platforms, leading modernization through cloud adoption and APIs, and automating various cash management processes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of portfolio management workflows, at least 10 years of experience in software engineering and technology leadership within relevant industries, and a proven track record of leading large-scale engineering organizations. Strong knowledge of modern architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, and a background in software engineering with experience in modern programming languages is essential. The role also demands the ability to influence senior stakeholders, manage strategic partners, and translate investment needs into a technology roadmap.
