Vice President, Health Care Migrations Lead

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Health Care Migrations Lead to shape and deliver implementation strategies across healthcare offerings. The role leads a team of program managers and oversees complex initiatives, managing risks, resources, client expectations, and delivery quality. Responsibilities include advocating for clients, coordinating cross-functional partners, and managing integrated programs such as launches, plan implementations, enrollment campaigns, and benefits onboarding. The leader will also develop growth and operational strategies, ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements, and support talent development and pipeline building. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree; an MBA or other advanced degree is preferred. The role requires at least 10 years of program management experience and 15 years leading multidisciplinary teams, along with experience in benefits administration or outsourcing and managing complex client portfolios. Strong executive communication, stakeholder influence, coaching, presentation, and consultative sales skills are essential.
