Vice President of Operations Greater Boston, MA Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to shape and execute its global operations strategy. The role leads manufacturing and operations engineering, supply and demand planning, logistics, supply chain, and materials operations, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and scale. Responsibilities include expanding manufacturing capabilities and partnerships, improving operational processes and cost structures, and supporting new product introductions in collaboration with research, product, and commercial teams. The executive will also identify opportunities for revenue growth and margin improvement while advancing sustainable operational practices. Candidates should have an MBA or equivalent leadership experience and a strong background in operations, supply chain, and manufacturing. They should bring a proven record of scaling global, multi-site manufacturing networks and deep expertise across manufacturing engineering, supply chain, and/or logistics. Experience building vendor relationships and negotiating high-value contracts is required. The ideal candidate can develop and execute long-term strategies that expand capabilities, improve margins, and support growth at scale.
