Vice President, Platform Management & Strategy Greater Boston, MA Area

The Company is seeking a Program Manager to join its Platform Management & Strategy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of unified go-to-market strategies for key initiatives, with a strong focus on operational readiness and adoption. This role involves leading complex, cross-functional programs from ideation to post-launch, and requires a high level of transparency in managing program-level roadmaps, dependencies, and risks. The Program Manager will also be instrumental in driving change management, and communications, and ensuring the readiness of sales enablement and support for the launch of new initiatives. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' of project/program management experience, with a proven track record of delivering business value through product and platform solutions. The role demands excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to independently manage multiple priorities and risks. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, matrix environment. While not mandatory, experience in investment management product solutions, Agile software development, and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and various project management tools is highly valued. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, and capable of driving and collaborating in the solution of complex problems.
