Vice President, Prime Services Operations Lead Greater Boston, MA Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Prime Services Operations Lead to oversee operational support for borrowing and lending activities, including trade processing, settlement, collateral management, reconciliations, billing, and corporate actions. The role leads global teams, maintains operational controls and regulatory compliance, monitors performance and risk indicators, and translates business priorities into execution plans. The successful candidate will drive operational readiness for new products and technology changes, provide senior-level reporting, and collaborate with business, risk, finance, treasury, technology, custody, and external partners. Responsibilities also include resolving operational issues, strengthening risk management, and improving processes, scalability, and client experience. Candidates should have 8–10 or more years of financial services operations experience, with a focus on Prime Services and principal trading, and a strong understanding of trade lifecycles, settlement, collateral, corporate actions, and related processes. A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field is preferred. The role requires leadership and team-management capabilities, analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, risk awareness, and strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. Experience with process improvement and project management is also important.
