Vice President, Prime Services Operations Lead Greater Boston, MA Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Prime Services Operations Lead to oversee operational support for borrowing and lending activities, including trade processing, settlement, collateral management, reconciliations, billing, and corporate actions. The role leads global teams, maintains operational controls and regulatory compliance, and monitors performance, risks, and service quality. The successful candidate will translate business priorities into execution plans, provide senior-level reporting, and ensure operational readiness for new products, technology changes, and regulatory developments. They will also partner with business, risk, finance, and technology stakeholders to resolve issues and improve efficiency, scalability, and risk management. Candidates should have 8–10 or more years of financial services operations experience, with a focus on Prime Services and principal trading, and a strong understanding of trade lifecycles, settlement, collateral, corporate actions, and related processes. A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field is preferred. The role requires leadership and team-management skills, analytical problem-solving, attention to detail, and strong risk awareness. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, process improvement, and project management skills are also essential.
