Vice President of Deposit Management

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Deposit Management to lead deposit strategy and growth across retail, small business, commercial, and corporate segments. Responsibilities include developing and pricing deposit products, attracting and retaining customers, and optimizing deposit mix and funding costs. The role partners with treasury and sales teams to support liquidity and balance-sheet objectives, while strengthening distribution channels and customer experience. The VP also establishes performance reporting, maintains risk and compliance controls, and leads teams across product, sales, and operations. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field, along with 12–15 or more years of banking experience, including substantial work in deposits, retail or commercial banking, or treasury. Leadership experience managing multiple teams or functions is essential. Applicants should bring strong knowledge of deposit products and pricing, liquidity management, banking regulations, balance-sheet optimization, and performance analytics. Strategic thinking, business acumen, data-driven decision-making, customer focus, and effective communication and stakeholder engagement are also required.
