Fractional Head of Information Security

The Company is seeking a senior information security leader for a transformation assignment. The role involves stabilizing and developing a security function of approximately 15 people, defining the future information security strategy and operating model, and maturing cybersecurity capabilities across IT, operational technology, and digital environments. The successful candidate will shape security, technology, and automation plans; strengthen governance, architecture, and risk management; and advise senior leadership on cyber risks and strategy. Candidates should have senior cybersecurity leadership experience, a strong background in security strategy and transformation, and experience guiding teams through significant change. Strong executive-level communication and knowledge of NIS/CAF, ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR are required. Experience in operational technology or critical infrastructure is highly desirable, and backgrounds in consulting or complex regulated sectors are also relevant. Prior CISO experience is not essential; experienced deputy security leaders ready to step up are welcome.
