Head of Finance

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to join their international organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial leadership, overseeing the full finance cycle, and contributing to business performance and process improvements. This role involves working closely with senior management and international stakeholders, and the Head of Finance will be expected to provide financial advice, and business partnering support, and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. Additionally, the role includes leading and developing a finance team, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring compliance with local and group accounting policies. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should have a background in a comparable finance leadership role, with a strong focus on FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Experience in finance business partnering, project controlling, and managing a finance team is essential. The ideal candidate will have a formal financial qualification, be fluent in English and the local operating company language, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. The role requires a credible and confident professional who can influence stakeholders and is comfortable with a hands-on approach to operational finance. The Head of Finance will also be involved in the further development of finance systems, process standardization, automation, and digital solutions, and should be willing to travel occasionally within Europe.
