Executive Director

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its mission of providing high-quality legal representation to individuals in need. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of experienced private panel attorneys, as well as the provision of essential support services including training, mentoring, case conferences, legal research, investigative and forensic support, and social work assistance. The Executive Director will play a key role in ensuring that the program operates effectively and in compliance with all relevant regulations, and will be instrumental in the strategic planning and development of the organization. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a strong background in legal services, with a focus on criminal and family law. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree is required, and a background in social work or experience in a related field is highly desirable. The role demands excellent leadership, management, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
