The Company is seeking a VP for Cloud and Infrastructure Modernization. The successful candidate will be tasked with transforming the organization's operating model from a legacy, capital-intensive, on-premises setup to a more agile, consumption-based infrastructure. This role is pivotal in ensuring the resilience and rapid recovery of the infrastructure, with a focus on modernizing the physical and virtual foundation that supports all clinical and business applications. The VP will be responsible for consolidating a fragmented data center footprint, establishing a cloud-first environment, and enhancing recovery capabilities to minimize revenue exposure. Reliable connectivity across a geographically dispersed network is also a key objective. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 10 years of progressive technology leadership experience. At least 5 years of this experience must be in leading infrastructure, cloud, or network organizations at scale. The role demands a leader who is not only adept at modernization but is also focused on delivering measurable results in terms of infrastructure efficiency, recovery time, and cost reduction. The VP will be held accountable for the retirement of outdated systems, the reduction of recovery times, and the elimination of downtime, rather than simply maintaining existing systems.
