Associate Vice President, Onboarding Project Manager Greater Calgary, Canada Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Onboarding Project Manager to lead end-to-end onboarding projects for corporate clients implementing equity administration services. The role manages multiple concurrent projects, serving as the primary client contact and coordinating internal teams to define requirements, milestones, timelines, and responsibilities. The Project Manager monitors schedules, quality, risks, and client readiness; leads project reviews; provides status updates; and helps resolve or escalate issues. The position also involves advising clients on equity compensation practices and using AI-enabled tools to improve project workflows and outcomes. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and experience, along with at least two years of experience managing software or implementation projects with substantial client interaction, or equivalent technical customer service experience. Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, prioritization, and multitasking skills are required, as is proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Experience with equity compensation administration software, CRM systems, and project management tools is preferred. Equity compensation or project management credentials and brokerage industry knowledge are also preferred.
