The Company is seeking an Exchange Control Product Solutioning Specialist - Vice President to join their dynamic Treasury Services product team. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping clients navigate South Africa's exchange control framework, ensuring the movement of money across borders is in compliance with regulations. This role involves educating and advising clients on exchange control requirements, reviewing transactions for regulatory alignment, and preparing and submitting exchange control applications to the relevant financial authorities. The specialist will also be involved in process improvements, automation, and will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to design practical solutions that enhance the client experience. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' of hands-on experience in South African exchange control matters, with a strong knowledge of the relevant regulations and financial markets. The role requires the ability to identify control gaps, drive remediation, and contribute to the automation of reporting and controls. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Commerce degree or a relevant financial qualification, a proven track record of accurate and consistent execution of regulatory requirements, and the ability to build effective relationships. A client-centric, collaborative approach, and a continuous improvement mindset are also essential for this position.
