Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The Company is seeking a commercially driven Chief Operating Officer to lead operations across an upscale hotel portfolio. The role focuses on operational excellence, financial performance, and guest experience while supporting continued growth. Responsibilities include building a cohesive leadership team, supporting and challenging general managers, and establishing guest-experience standards, procedures, and training. The COO will also guide food and beverage concepts and cultural programming, and oversee portfolio performance, including occupancy, revenue, profitability, and cost control while maintaining service quality. Candidates should have 8–10 years of operational management experience in upscale or luxury hospitality, including at least five years as a COO, multi-property general manager, or in an equivalent role. Prior general management experience at high-end properties is strongly preferred. A record of improving guest satisfaction and delivering successful food and beverage or lifestyle concepts is required. Fluency in English and French is essential; Arabic or Spanish is an advantage.
