Executive Director, Hospice Greater Champaign, IL Area

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead the full scope of hospice operations for a location. Responsibilities include operational planning, budget development, financial performance, and ensuring partner services are properly authorized. The role oversees regulatory compliance, accreditation, quality improvement, staffing, staff development, and supervision across patient services. The Executive Director also strengthens communication, integrates technology to improve operations, coordinates interdisciplinary care, and resolves conflicts and complaints. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred. Significant leadership experience in hospice, home health, or a related healthcare setting is required, along with strong knowledge of healthcare compliance, regulations, and accreditation standards. Applicants should demonstrate success managing budgets, improving operational performance, and leading diverse teams with accountability and compassion.
