The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a growing P&L and operations, engaging with customers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the site meets or exceeds established metrics and customer expectations. This role requires a leader with a strong background in a CNC machining environment, including metal processing, coatings, painting, fabrication, and forging, and a proven track record of driving continuous improvement, defining and implementing best practices, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Applicants for the Site President/VP GM position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years of leadership experience in a CNC machining environment, with a focus on business acumen, operations, production, and manufacturing.
