Vice President of Operations

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Operations to spearhead the global manufacturing strategy and execution. The successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring cost-effective, high-quality production, and driving continuous improvement across the company's manufacturing footprint. This pivotal role demands a leader with a fresh perspective and a diverse skill set, capable of strategic leadership, operations oversight, process improvement, and technology integration. The Vice President of Operations will also be responsible for building and leading high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to meet the company's goals. Applicants for the Vice President of Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a degree in engineering or a related field, and a Master's degree is a plus. A minimum of 15 years' leadership experience in manufacturing, including multi-site and global oversight, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving cost reduction, quality improvement, and operational excellence, as well as experience in change management and leading a performance-based culture. Key competencies include strong financial acumen, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to lead and manage within a fast-paced, high-growth, complex organization. The role also requires a candidate with expertise in Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies and a strong background in technology and automation.
