The Company is seeking a Vice President, Lead Business Analyst and PMO Lead to oversee data analytics programs and serve as a bridge between business, finance, technology, risk, and audit stakeholders. Responsibilities include governing project portfolios, tracking milestones, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies, and preparing executive dashboards and performance reports. The role also leads the design of reconciliation frameworks, data lineage, matching processes, and exception workflows, while providing hands-on business analysis for complex initiatives. The successful candidate will manage and develop a team of business analysts, project managers, and data analysts, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery. Candidates should bring 6–10 years of experience using tools to analyze large datasets, along with strong program management, business analysis, and data analytics capabilities. The role requires effective communication and stakeholder influence, sound judgment in resolving complex issues, and experience managing teams, budgets, and resources. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; a master’s degree may be beneficial.
