Vice President of Finance Greater Chennai, India Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance with a strong background in financial planning, modeling, and analysis to lead the development of the Group's financial infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining integrated financial models, conducting M&A and acquisition analysis, and supporting the CFO in fundraising and investor relations. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to work effectively across multiple countries and functions. The VP of Finance will also be involved in group consolidation, financial governance, and cash flow and capital planning. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have 10-15 years' of relevant experience, with a professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent. Experience in investment banking, Big Four transaction advisory, private equity, or a high-growth operating company is preferred. The role demands a candidate with a strong understanding of financial and operational drivers, the ability to translate complex financial information into business insights, and a proven track record in financial management.
