Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead day-to-day operations across a geographically dispersed, multi-site organization. The role will drive operational excellence, accountability, continuous improvement, and alignment with business objectives. Responsibilities include leading and developing regional and site leadership teams, establishing performance metrics, and overseeing operating budgets and enterprise-level financial performance. The COO will also identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability, build scalable processes and infrastructure, and partner with senior leadership on strategic priorities. Candidates should have significant experience leading multi-site operations in complex environments and a record of managing geographically dispersed teams. Strong financial acumen, including P&L ownership and operational budgeting, is required. The ideal candidate has demonstrated success scaling operations, improving performance, and supporting organizational growth. Experience building high-performing teams and developing future leaders is also important, along with an executive presence and a hands-on, results-oriented leadership style.
