Executive Director

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead special education programs and services and advance student outcomes. The role includes guiding an operating board, partnering with educators, families, and the community, and ensuring programs respond to students’ diverse needs. The Executive Director will oversee services and support member districts in meeting applicable requirements, while providing technical assistance and a continuum of educational and related services. The successful candidate will bring responsive, effective leadership and a commitment to equitable educational opportunities. Candidates should have a strong background in special education leadership and a deep understanding of special education law and funding. They must demonstrate effective communication, the ability to manage and guide a board, and tangible success improving outcomes for students with special needs. A proven record of responsive leadership and experience overseeing complex programs and services are essential.
