Vice President, Applied AI Solutions

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Applied AI Solutions to identify high-impact AI opportunities and turn business needs into secure, scalable solution designs. The role leads discovery and architecture, evaluates feasibility and risks, and guides solutions from prototyping through engineering handoff and production release. Responsibilities include developing reusable AI patterns and standards, defining evaluation methods for quality and safety, and advising stakeholders on how to apply AI within existing technology capabilities. The successful candidate will also help shape workflows around AI and ensure solutions meet business objectives and operational requirements. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, data science, or a related field, and at least 10 years of relevant experience; an advanced degree or equivalent professional depth is preferred. Required expertise includes generative AI architecture, large language models, agentic systems, retrieval-augmented generation, enterprise integration, and hybrid designs combining AI with deterministic controls. Candidates should also bring experience delivering complex solutions from discovery through production, strong knowledge of cloud, data, security, privacy, and responsible AI, and familiarity with enterprise AI platforms and evaluation practices. Strong stakeholder communication, analytical and leadership skills, and hands-on prototyping ability are important; proficiency in Python or another modern programming language is preferred.
