The Company is seeking a Vice President, Program Director to lead a portfolio of integrated client programs across multiple workstreams, disciplines, and teams. The role partners with internal teams and clients to shape scopes, staffing plans, timelines, and budgets, while overseeing financial performance, forecasting, and resource planning. The successful candidate will advise stakeholders on delivery strategy, risks, and commercial considerations; resolve challenges; and establish scalable processes, governance, and quality standards. Responsibilities also include coaching project management talent, improving operational practices, and fostering inclusive collaboration. Candidates should have at least eight years of progressive project management experience in an integrated marketing, communications, public relations, or related professional services environment, along with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Strong candidates bring experience leading complex, multidisciplinary programs and managing scopes, budgets, forecasts, staffing, and delivery outcomes. The role calls for commercial and financial acumen, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships, lead teams, and navigate ambiguity. Familiarity with project management methods and tools, as well as the ability to assess and responsibly use AI-enabled tools, is preferred.
