Vice President, Strategy & Insights Greater Chicago, IL Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Strategy & Insights to shape and drive enterprise strategy through market intelligence, business analytics, customer insights, and planning. The role leads the development and execution of long-term strategic plans, identifies growth opportunities, and translates priorities into measurable initiatives. Responsibilities include overseeing analytics and executive reporting, assessing market and competitive trends, and advising senior leadership on business decisions and strategic investments. The Vice President also leads performance reviews, tracks initiative outcomes, and builds high-performing teams across strategy, analytics, and research. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, statistics, data analytics, or a related field, along with at least 12 years of progressive leadership experience in strategy, consulting, analytics, or a related discipline. The role requires experience influencing executive-level decisions, delivering measurable results through strategic initiatives, and leading analytics or strategy teams. Strong analytical, financial modeling, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills are essential. A master’s degree, board-level reporting experience, or a background in corporate strategy, consulting, business operations, or market research is preferred.
