Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead day-to-day operations across a multi-site manufacturing and distribution business. The COO will own operating performance and P&L results, translate business strategy into measurable plans, and establish consistent review processes and performance metrics. Responsibilities include improving production, labor planning, supply chain, procurement, customer service, safety, and operational efficiency. The role will also lead integration of acquired businesses, support systems and process improvements, and develop operational talent and succession capacity. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field, along with 20 years of experience in operations, field service, or manufacturing within a B2B manufacturing and distribution environment. At least five years of senior operations leadership experience overseeing multisite operations is required. Applicants should bring a record of profitable growth, operational excellence, and successful integration of acquired businesses; experience in a private-equity-backed environment is preferred. The role calls for strategic judgment, hands-on leadership, strong communication and organizational skills, and a customer-focused, entrepreneurial approach.
