The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead one of its healthcare facilities. The successful candidate will be a compassionate leader, responsible for providing the highest quality of resident care and ensuring that care standards are met at all times. This role involves functioning as a team member, team leader, and supervisor, with a focus on supporting and celebrating the successes of the care team. The Executive Director will have the authority, responsibility, and accountability for the overall operation and financial success of the center, and must be able to demonstrate strong management, operation, and budgetary skills. Applicants for the Executive Director position must meet all state requirements for a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and hold a currently valid LNHA license. A minimum of 2 years' of management experience, with a completed AIT internship, is required. The role demands a candidate with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to lead a large team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
