The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its long-term care operations with a focus on nurturing a strong company culture, driving key performance indicators, and ensuring the organization's mission and vision are upheld. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic direction of the organization, managing budgets, and implementing policies to meet organizational goals. This role involves representing the company in the community, particularly in dealings with external agencies, and requires a hands-on approach to building relationships with residents, families, and employees. The Executive Director will also be involved in regulatory compliance, including participation in surveys and the development of plans of correction. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree, with an Associate degree being acceptable in the state of Indiana, and a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience. A current and unencumbered Health Facility Admin License for the state of operation is essential.
