Executive Director, Finance Greater Cincinnati, OH Area

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Finance to oversee the accounting and financial aid activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing personnel, developing and monitoring budgets, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This role involves providing guidance on the development of financial reports, managing the implementation of accounting policies and systems, and leading the student financial functions. The Executive Director will also be involved in strategic financial planning, and must be adept at interpreting and applying financial policies, procedures, and regulations. Applicants for the Executive Director of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business management, with a minimum of 5-7 years' experience in a related field. A Master's degree and professional certification such as CPA or CMA are preferred.
