Executive Director, Senior Living Community Operations Greater Cincinnati, OH Area

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead the daily operations of a senior living community, including staff leadership, resident and family engagement, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include developing and executing business plans and budgets, recruiting and developing associates, and maintaining a welcoming, inclusive community culture. The Executive Director will support resident satisfaction and retention, coordinate appropriate care and services with clinical leaders, and collaborate with sales teams to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. The role also oversees property standards, maintenance, licensing, and relationships with local community stakeholders. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of operational leadership experience; a bachelor’s degree is preferred, and additional experience may substitute for education. A valid administrator license is required where applicable, along with a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for business use. Strong leadership, financial, analytical, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential, as is the ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple responsibilities. Familiarity with Microsoft software is preferred.
