The Company is seeking a President to lead its organization, which is dedicated to nurturing and educating family and private businesses to drive a vibrant economy. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing visionary, strategic, and operational leadership, ensuring the organization's impact on the success and longevity of its members. This role involves working closely with the Board of Directors to refresh and execute the strategic plan, maintaining the Center's fiscal health, and fostering collaboration among various stakeholders. The President will also be the primary ambassador, representing the organization in the community and maintaining a strong presence within the business sector. Candidates for the President position should have a proven track record of leadership, preferably within family-owned or privately held organizations, and experience in strategic thinking, execution, and change leadership. Key qualifications include C-suite or equivalent senior leadership experience, a strong understanding of business acumen, and the ability to build and sustain high-value external relationships. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, innovative, and entrepreneurial thinker, with exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for the mission of the organization. A Bachelor's degree is required, and knowledge of the Cincinnati business community is preferred.
