Vice President of Quality

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Quality to lead quality strategy and governance across a multi-site manufacturing network. Responsibilities include establishing a unified quality management system, overseeing certifications and audits, developing performance metrics and corrective-action processes, and driving continuous improvement. The role also owns the quality budget, leads site quality teams and succession planning, and serves as the senior contact for customer and regulatory relationships. The executive will build a consistent quality culture and ensure practices meet customer, industry, and regulatory requirements. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or MBA is preferred. A recognized quality management certification is required, with quality engineering or Six Sigma credentials considered an advantage. Applicants should bring at least 15 years of quality systems experience, including seven years in senior leadership and five years overseeing multiple manufacturing sites. Deep knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, and AS13100, along with experience in audits, budget ownership, team development, and sustained quality improvement, is essential. Strong executive communication and leadership skills are required, as is U.S. citizenship.
