Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a hands-on, entrepreneurial Chief Executive Officer to lead a service-based business through a buy-and-build growth strategy. The CEO will drive organic growth, execute acquisitions, integrate complementary businesses, and strengthen operational excellence, profitability, and scale. The role includes leading multiple organizations and working effectively with owner-operators. The successful candidate will build a market-leading platform and guide it toward a successful exit. Candidates should have a proven record as a CEO, including scaling multi-site, multi-brand service businesses, executing acquisitions, and creating enterprise value. Experience in commercial or residential landscaping is preferred; relevant experience in outsourced services or route-based businesses may also be considered. A commercially minded, hands-on leadership style and the ability to lead through influence are essential. Applicants should be experienced in managing multiple organizations, including those led by owner-operators.
