Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance and accounting functions for a manufacturing operation and advise site leadership on financial decisions. Responsibilities include overseeing financial reporting, controls, and business support; managing close processes; and leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. The CFO will analyze performance and variances, recommend actions to support profitable growth, and manage cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital. The role also includes coordinating audits and reviews, ensuring compliance with applicable requirements, advancing finance governance, and developing the finance team. Candidates should have at least seven years of progressive finance, accounting, or financial planning and analysis experience, including leadership in a manufacturing environment. Required expertise includes financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audit support, close processes, internal controls, and compliance. Applicants should be able to interpret performance metrics, provide clear financial insights, manage cash flow and working capital, and build effective relationships across teams. A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required; CPA, CMA, or MBA credentials are preferred.
