Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and key stakeholders while leading both financial strategy and day-to-day operations. The role oversees accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, and tax functions. Responsibilities include developing reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and performance measurement processes, and providing financial guidance to support growth and business objectives. The CFO will also strengthen financial controls, compliance, and risk management, while managing cash flow, capital planning, and external financial relationships. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field, along with progressive financial leadership experience overseeing multiple finance functions. Required capabilities include strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. The successful candidate will also demonstrate the ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams.
