Executive Director

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its mission of providing affordable, high-quality pharmacy services and medication management to underserved communities. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic and organizational leadership, ensuring the delivery of compassionate services and positive health outcomes. This role involves partnering with the Board of Directors to establish and implement strategic priorities, overseeing financial sustainability, and leading fundraising and resource development efforts. The Executive Director will also be the primary external representative, building and strengthening relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, and advocating for policies that advance medication access and healthcare equity. Candidates for the Executive Director position must have a strong commitment to the organization's mission and experience in senior leadership, preferably in a healthcare, community health, or related environment. Essential skills include the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, financial management, and a proven track record in fundraising and resource development. The role requires a leader who can effectively manage a multidisciplinary team, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster an inclusive, mission-centered organizational culture. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for an advanced degree, and significant executive leadership experience may be considered in lieu of an advanced degree. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, have a strong understanding of community needs and healthcare trends, and be adept at navigating evolving healthcare and funding environments.
