Vice President, Strategy & Transformation Greater Cork, Ireland Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Strategy and Transformation within its Post Trading business. The successful candidate will be a key partner to senior management, driving the execution of strategic priorities and supporting the design and implementation of various enhancement and transformation initiatives. This role requires a deep operational understanding, with a focus on post-trade processes, and a proven track record in running multi-workstream execution and governance. The VP will be responsible for operational strategy and transformation, program and initiative delivery, operating model development, performance and value steering, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement. Applicants must have a Master’s degree or PhD from a top-tier university in a relevant field, at least 5 years of experience, and a background that ideally combines top-tier strategy consulting or Big 4 advisory with a corporate role in financial services. The role demands strong strategic and financial analytics, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage relationships across various functions. The VP will also be involved in large-scale transformation and transaction-related initiatives, contributing to strategic analysis and decision support. Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills in German, French, or Spanish being a strong plus.
