Chief Operating Officer (COO) Greater Corpus Christi, TX Area

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee day-to-day operations and translate business strategy into actionable goals. The role leads operations across departments, monitors performance metrics, and drives improvements to processes, productivity, and organizational efficiency. Responsibilities include overseeing budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation; ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and quality standards; and collaborating with senior leadership on performance and growth objectives. The COO will also build stakeholder relationships and lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team. Candidates should have a degree or qualification in administration, nursing, or a related field, along with administration experience and at least two years of progressive operations or leadership experience. They should bring a record of managing complex operations and cross-functional teams, plus a strong understanding of functions such as human resources, finance, marketing, and supply chain. Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, analytical, and strategic-thinking skills are required. Experience with digital transformation, technology integration, project management, and continuous improvement is preferred.
